Fortnite Camping Gets Stale

It’s Like Hide-and-Seek

Fortnite camping strategy is a lot like playing hide and seek. Campers seek out spots on the map where they’re least likely to be discovered so they can survive as late into each Fortnite game as possible.

Imagine playing hide and seek in a big new house. There’s all sorts of nooks and crannies to explore to hide out from the seeker. It’s fun!

Now picture playing hide and seek in that same house several times a day for almost 8 months. There’s nowhere to creatively hide. The good hiding spots are all known by the seeker. This is the situation that I’m finding myself in as a player that uses a camping strategy in Fortnite.

Actually it’s much worse than that! Camping content creators like BushCampDad, ZeroShotBob, WaterCampingDad, and I have been streaming our “good hiding spots” and rotation strategies this whole time and even produced videos that educate both campers and seekers on the best hiding spots in Fortnite.

Hungry for a Major Map Update

I can’t wait for a major Fortnite map shake up! New camping spots with new rotation strategies to uncover.

Just like in real life, it’s always exciting to explore a new campsite!

Fortnitemares ‘Til Then

In their annual Halloween-timed release, Fortnite recently released Fortnitemares which introduced some fun new weapons to the game with very slight map modifications. There’s also “The Horde” which is also a Halloween-themed game by Epic. For the next few weeks, I won’t be focusing on my usual camping and ranking upwards. I’ll be having good old fashioned fun with viewers playing unranked Halloween fun. See you out there, if you can find me. Muah hah hah!
